Beautiful place if you're looking for a small and quiet campground. It sits right on the black river. The owners Tammy and Larry are wonderful. The bathrooms are always clean and the grounds are very well-maintained. We love going there.
This is one of the best places to go for a peaceful and relaxing weekend!! The owners are some of the sweetest people ever. If you have a chance to go I highly recommend it!!
The cabins are cozy and comfortable! We stayed in Cabin 7 and it was great for us! There's 2 double beds, a full kitchenette, a private bathroom with a personal shower. The River is only a few steps away which makes it great if you have the whole family there and then at night, it's the perfect spot to star watch! My teens love it there (14, 16 and 19) We always enjoy our stay there! Can't wait to go back!!
The features are dated and the shower is small but I still loved it. The cabin was spotless and smelled fresh. The view of the river from the enclosed back porch was beautiful. The bed was one of most comfortable that I have ever slept on. We had a wonderful weekend.
Very quaint, quiet, peaceful and simply beautiful. Owners are great people who ensure you are happy and satisfied. Very clean all around and the shower is great, very clean and roomy. They have cabins you can rent that are adorable or they have maybe 8 or 9 campsites that are very level with picnic tables, fire rings, and 30 or 50 amp service. These are all full hookups. I believe fishing is also an option. They also have an ample amount of wood for sale for a very reasonable rate. We will definitely be back, and have even sent a video of the place to a couple of fellow campers.
